Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Company or brand name, when provided
• Contact usernames (for example Whop or Discord), when provided
• Project details, trading rules, and related descriptions you submit
• Source-code notes and file notes you provide
• Platform, broker, budget-range, and project-stage information
• Proposal acceptance records (name, email, timestamp, policy versions)
• Stripe payment and invoice metadata needed to fulfill an order
• Marketing consent preference
• Referral and UTM parameters when present in the form submission
• Technical application logs needed to operate and secure the service

We do not claim to collect IP addresses as a dedicated product feature beyond what hosting and security infrastructure may temporarily process to deliver the site.

Essential website functionality

We use first-party storage and cookies that are needed for the site to work — for example remembering preferences you set, keeping authenticated sessions on license and account pages, and processing project requests you submit.

Processors we use

• Vercel — website hosting and application delivery
• Supabase — licensing database and a separate professional-services database for project requests, proposals, agreements, and service orders
• Stripe — professional-service payments and invoices (not EA software licensing)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Meta — marketing measurement only after you grant marketing consent, and only on allowlisted public routes
• Whop — separate software licensing, product access, and related authentication activity

Meta Pixel and marketing measurement

On public marketing pages only, and only after you accept marketing cookies, we may load the Meta Pixel. It helps measure advertising performance and understand which public pages lead people to learn about custom trading automation services.

The Meta Pixel is not loaded on license portals, dashboards, admin tools, private research pages, authentication callbacks, or API routes.

Payments with Stripe

When you purchase a paid professional service such as the Strategy Feasibility Review, or pay a deposit/invoice for quoted work, Stripe processes payment and billing data. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted pages. GreyStyle Trading does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers. Operational records such as order identifiers, payment status, terms acceptance, and policy versions may be retained to fulfill the service and meet legal obligations.

Professional services and paid reviews

Project requests, proposals, agreements, and service orders are professional-service records. A Strategy Feasibility Review is a technical assessment only. It is not investment advice, does not provide trading signals, and does not guarantee that a strategy is feasible to automate or that any strategy will be profitable. Buying a review does not guarantee that Greystyle Trading will accept later development work.

Software licensing (Whop)

EA products, software licenses, MT5 account limits, and product access are handled through Whop and the licensing database. Those records are separate from Stripe professional-service orders.

What we do not send to Meta

GreyStyle Trading does not intentionally send project descriptions, strategy rules, account numbers, license keys, source code, form field contents, or authentication details to Meta.

Retention

Operational records needed for fulfillment, support, security, accounting, and legal compliance may be retained. We do not claim that project or payment records are never retained.

Consent storage

Your marketing preference is stored in first-party browser storage under a key such as greystyle_marketing_consent with the value granted or denied. Until you choose, marketing tracking stays off.
