Customer responsibilities
Send complete and accurate rules, examples, files, platform details, and any source materials you have the right to share. Test what we deliver in a safe demo environment before live use.
Revisions: One reasonable clarification round within seven calendar days of delivery. Clarifications are not coding work.
Support: Clarification support for seven calendar days after the written review is delivered.

Policy version: strategy-review-v1.0. A project request does not create a development agreement. Work starts only after you accept a written quote and the required payment clears.
