Customer responsibilities
Send complete and accurate rules, examples, files, platform details, and any source materials you have the right to share. Test what we deliver in a safe demo environment before live use.
Revisions: Two reasonable revision rounds limited to matching the written repair quote. No new features or unrelated redesign.
Support: 30-day defect-fix window for reproducible failures to match the agreed repaired behavior.
