Strategy Feasibility Review Terms and Refund Policy

1. What you are purchasing

The Strategy Feasibility Review is a fixed-scope professional evaluation. Greystyle Trading reviews the materials you provide and delivers a written technical assessment of whether a trading strategy, indicator, script, or existing automation project appears sufficiently defined and technically suitable for possible later development.

This purchase is for professional evaluation services only. It does not include completed software, source code, trading signals, investment advice, backtesting services, optimization services, funding, account management, or any profitability or performance guarantee.

2. Price and payment

The price is $199 USD, paid one-time through Stripe Checkout. Payment is collected before the written review is delivered.

3. Refunds

A full refund is permitted before substantive review work begins. Once substantive review work begins, the payment becomes nonrefundable.

If GreyStyle Trading cancels the order or cannot provide the purchased review, you will receive a full refund.

To request a refund before work begins, contact alex@greystyletrading.com with your order reference or Stripe receipt.

4. Customer materials and holds

You must provide complete materials needed for the review, including relevant strategy rules, screenshots, platform information, files, and other supporting documentation.

If required information is not provided, the order may be placed on hold after 30 days. You may reactivate a held order within 90 days of purchase by supplying the missing materials and contacting support. After that reactivation window, Greystyle may close the order without further obligation to perform the review, subject to the refund rules above (including that work which has not begun may still qualify for refund).

5. Clarifications after delivery

After delivery of the written review, you may request one reasonable clarification round within 7 calendar days of delivery. Clarifications address the delivered assessment; they are not a new review, unlimited revisions, or development work.

6. No guarantees

The review does not guarantee that any strategy is automatable, profitable, fundable, or suitable for live trading. Greystyle does not provide investment advice or trading signals as part of this service. Outcomes of any later trading or development activity remain solely your responsibility.

7. Development is separate

Custom software development, EA builds, indicator builds, repairs, and related engineering are not included in the Strategy Feasibility Review. Any development engagement requires a separate written agreement and separate payment terms.

Purchasing the review does not require either party to proceed with development. Greystyle may decline, requote, or redefine later development scope based on the review findings.

8. Licensing and software products

This service is a professional evaluation only. It does not create, modify, or grant any EA license, software subscription, or product access. EA and software licensing remain exclusively handled through Whop and the Greystyle license portal.
