Customer responsibilities
Send complete and accurate rules, examples, files, platform details, and any source materials you have the right to share. Test what we deliver in a safe demo environment before live use.
Revisions: Consulting is limited to the session scope stated up front. Coding work is quoted separately.
Support: Session-based; late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session unless waived for emergencies.
