What is included

- • Source code unless the quote includes it
- • Profit or signal-performance guarantees
Customer responsibilities
Send complete and accurate rules, examples, files, platform details, and any source materials you have the right to share. Test what we deliver in a safe demo environment before live use.
Revisions: Two reasonable revision rounds limited to matching the written quote. No new features.
Support: 30-day defect-fix window for reproducible failures to match the written quote.
Terms and cancellation
Policy version: professional-services-v1.0. A project request does not create a development agreement. Work starts only after you accept a written quote and the required payment clears.
