- • Ongoing VPS, broker, terminal, or data subscription costs
- • Responsibility for later outages, password changes, or customer changes
- • Keeping your passwords longer than needed for the setup
Customer responsibilities
Send complete and accurate rules, examples, files, platform details, and any source materials you have the right to share. Test what we deliver in a safe demo environment before live use.
Revisions: Setup check adjustments within seven calendar days for the agreed configuration. New environments or big changes need a new quote.
Support: Seven-calendar-day setup check window unless the quote says otherwise.
